A small start-up providing outsourced network and IT support.

At the time this small start-up providing outsourced network & IT support had only just opened their doors to business.  Whilst they had a number of clients already they had not yet documented or finalised clearly what their range of services/products was to be.  The brief here was to help them define and document their strategy and their range of services, put all the structure and tools in place to get the business up and running successfully.

Working directly with the client a clear strategy was defined that would take them forward for the first 5 years.

Based on this strategy an initial set of services were developed and a roadmap laid out for future growth.

A bid review process and a pricing model were agreed.

All contractual documents, Service Level Agreements were drafted.
